No. Three paths: (1) we rent for you in Canadian sovereign DCs. (2) we install on your existing hardware. (3) hybrid — critical workloads on-prem, less-sensitive in sovereign cloud.
We're model-agnostic — usually Llama 3.x, Mistral, or Qwen depending on your use-case mix. You're not locked into a vendor and can swap models when better ones ship.
